Our goal is to get your sports apparel to you as quickly as possible. With our standard shipping service, you can expect delivery within approximately 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends). However, please be aware that delivery times might be extended due to factors such as supplier delays or unforeseen shipping challenges.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
- We collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure the secure and timely arrival of your order.
- Our primary courier for deliveries is The Courier Guy.
3. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 10-15 business days following a successful payment. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
- Occasionally, delays in our supplier's processing may extend the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your patience.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
- After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use this tracking number to follow your shipment's progress on The Courier Guy's tracking portal.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location.
- The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review it before completing your purchase.
- An extra fee will be applied if your delivery address is a government facility, office, remote area, hospital, power station, mine, plot, or farm. This additional charge is due to extra costs incurred by the courier for these types of locations.
6. Address Accuracy:

- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided.
7. International Shipping:
- Currently, we are only able to ship within South Africa.
